BethBeth Edelson is a registered yoga teacher and social worker, with a Master of Social Work from Adelphi University. She has a diverse background in the performing and therapeutic and healing arts. Beth is a former Martha Graham dancer, and also trained and performed with many world-renowned dancers. She has been a long-time student of Pilates, and was fortunate to have studied with Robert Fitzgerald in New York City. Beth, one of the original founders of the Bonda Yoga studio in Great Neck, has received yoga certifications from Shiva Rae and Om Sweet Om. She continues to deepen her practice by studying both meditation and Ashtanga.

 

Utilizing her experience and knowledge of dance, movement and yoga, Beth has taught the integration of mind/body wellness to individuals of all ages and abilities in a variety of settings. Offering yoga classes allows Beth to share her commitment to yoga and its life-affirming benefits with all in our community.
